Please check your bed on delivery to ensure there are no faults. A quick way to check is to make sure there are no tears or dents in the packaging. If you discover a fault, make sure you record with the courier and send us a photograph as soon as possible. If a fault is discovered in your item, we will replace the damaged piece on a like for like basis.
Yes. Provided this is done within 24 hours or placing your order. If you contact us after the item has been dispatched or put into production (after the 24hr period) then a restocking charge may apply. Changes can be made within 24 hrs as long as they do not incur additional charges an example of this would be a change of colour.
We use a variety of couriers depending on the size and weight of your item. Please message us so we can locate your order for you and give you an estimated time of arrival.
Yes! this is something which is very important to us. We regularly check with our suppliers that up to date UKFR certificates are kept to ensure all products comply.
Yes! We offer a 1 year manufacturers warranty on most of our products, for more information please contact our help desk.
All of our beds are UK standard sizes, so as long as your mattress is a Standard size then yes it will.
All of our beds are hand made to order, some beds have longer lead time than others, however we aim to deliver your order within 10 working days. We will contact you with delivery information beforehand.

Ottoman pistons are stiff from factory, we recommend putting the mattress onto the bed base to add weight and dampen the stiffness.
Unfortunately we are an online retailer so whilst we understand people want to try before buying we cannot offer this. However we do offer free fabric samples and excellent customer support for those customers that want a specific piece.
