Cancellation and returns

  • Should you change your mind about your purchase we have a 14-day return period in which you can cancel your order, we will need written communication (Email or letter) from yourself ‘customer’ within this time period in order to cancel. The period starts from the date of delivery.  
  • A 30% cancellation charge will apply if you have opened and used the product (per item). If it has not been opened then a restocking fee of £60 will apply to each item.
  • Once the 14 days period has been exceeded you will not be able to cancel your order or return your bed. Each bed is made to order an item and therefore is a non-returnable item.

How to cancel your order.

Should you change your mind about your purchase in the 48-hour cooling-off period, you will need to write to us to confirm your decision to cancel or tell us verbally. You will NOT be charged. Please note, once the cooling-off period has passed, you will not be able to cancel your order or return your item without a fee.


Cancelling after the cooling-off period?
If you decide to cancel your bed after the 48-hour cooling-off period, you will have to pay 30% of the order value – this is a re-stocking charge. If the item has been delivered but is unopened then it is capped at £60.

Returning your item

In exceptional circumstances, if you are not happy with your purchase and want to return your item once it is delivered, it may be possible to exchange the bed to value. However, this will incur a £100 handling fee, which covers the delivery and installation charges.

Should you with to return your bed after the 14 day period, then all items must be packaged. We will deduct a 30% charge, this covers our restocking fees. We reserve the right to withdraw this offer and it is at our discretion.

Mattresses are delivered in a sealed bag for hygiene – once the seal is broken, we cannot return or exchange your mattress.

What if my bed is faulty?

Please check your bed on delivery to ensure there are no faults. A quick way to check is to make sure there are no tears or dents in the packaging. If you discover a fault, make sure you record with the courier and send us a photograph within 24hours. If a fault is discovered in your item, it may fall under the one-year manufacturer’s warranty. This commences on the date you sign for your delivery. Please note for faults we will replace the item on a like for like basis. Any faults reported after the 24 hour period will only be dealt with on a case by case individual basis.

What if my bed doesn’t fit?

Every bed is a handmade, made-to-order item, and it is your responsibility to make sure you carefully check the measurements before placing your order. Once your mattress has been slept on, we have a strict returns policy. Please note item measurements can vary, so please always allow gaps of up to 5cm as a minimum.

All photographs of beds featured on our website are taken in a studio environment and lighting can vary. To avoid disappointment order samples before placing your order to ensure the perfect fabric and colour. Screen pixels, lighting and placement can vary the on screen colors slightly.
